非洲联盟（非盟）当地时间1月23日发布公报说，已决定恢复西非国家几内亚的成员资格。公报表示，非盟和平与安全理事会22日召开会议，在评估了几内亚的政治过渡进程后，作出了上述决定。公报说，“理事会决定解除对几内亚共和国参与非盟活动的限制，此举符合相关规定。”（央视新闻）
