1月23日，富森美（002818）发布公告，公司董事长刘兵因成都市郫都区监察委员会实施的留置措施于2026年1月22日被解除，现变更为责令候查。刘兵已恢复正常履行董事长及法定代表人职责，副董事长刘云华不再代为履行相关职责。
2025年前三季度，富森美实现收入9.24亿元，归母净利润4.77亿元。
