中国海警紧急救援菲律宾籍落水船员，已有13人获救。
1月23日1时34分，中国海警接海南省三沙市海上搜救中心通报，一艘外籍货轮在中国黄岩岛西北55海里处倾覆，船上共有21名菲律宾籍船员。事发后，中国海警立即派遣2艘海警舰赴失事海域展开搜救，截至目前已有13人获救，相关救援工作还在持续进行。
