据第一财经，1月22日，针对张文宏医生此前表示“拒绝将AI引入其所在医院电子病历系统”，担忧年轻医生过度依赖AI并被误导的观点，百川智能创始人王小川在接受采访时表达了不同观点。他认为如果担心医生成长而去限制AI，可能就限制了最有利于病人的医疗措施。“医生的成长是不能以当下患者作为成本的。”
