1月22日，实益达（002137）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润为3100万元至4600万元，较上年同期增长232.44%至296.52%。
业绩变动的主要原因是公司持续聚焦于主业发展，稳步推进各业务的发展，积极开拓国内外市场，同时采取开源节流、降本增效的措施，为客户提供更多增值服务。
此外，报告期内非经常性损益金额较去年同期有所增加，主要由于去年同期确认参股公司公允价值变动损失4974万元，而本报告期内参股公司公允价值变动对利润的影响较小。
2025年前三季度，实益达实现收入4.85亿元，归母净利润3031万元。
