智通财经APP获悉，中海油服(02883)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.83%，报8.41港元，成交额3377.34万港元。
消息面上，中海油服公告，公司拟将截至2025年8月31日对全资子公司COSL Norwegian AS的7.46亿美元债权（约合人民币52.42亿元）转为股权投资。本次投资完成后，公司和CSL将分别持有83.02%和16.98%的COSL Norwegian AS股权。
COSL Norwegian AS成立于2008年，注册于挪威桑内斯，主营业务涵盖油气行业油井修井、钻井及相关船舶的市场推广、销售与运营。其为中海油服全资子公司COSL Hong Kong International Limited下属全资子公司COSL Singapore Limited(CSL)的全资子公司，负责挪威地区的业务开展。
