宏川智慧（002930）发布公告，公司于2026年1月21日召开第四届董事会第二十六次会议，审议通过了选举副董事长的议案。
根据新修订的《公司章程》，公司董事会增设副董事长一名，经过提名委员会的任职资格审查，董事会同意选举黄韵涛为公司第四届董事会副董事长，其任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，宏川智慧实现收入8.76亿元，归母净利润-3813万元。
