每经讯，鑫亿鼎1月21日发布公告称，根据公司发展战略，为更好的满足业务发展需要，提高市场竞争力和影响力，公司拟在江苏淮安设立控股子公司，认缴注册资金为人民币1600万元。控股子公司名称、经营范围、注册地址等以机关核准登记信息为准。
