格隆汇1月21日丨华科智能投资(01140.HK)宣布，杨松斌已辞任独立非执行董事并不再担任公司审核委员会主席、公司薪酬委员会、公司提名委员会及公司企业管治委员会各自之成员，自2026年1月21日起生效。杨松斌先生表示彼希望专注于自身其他职业发展。
董事会进一步宣布，于杨松斌辞任后，贺红春已获委任为公司独立非执行董事，自2026年1月21日起生效。
