1月21日，*ST亚太（000691）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润约亏损5146万元至2839万元，较上年同期增长51.01%至72.97%。
业绩变动的主要原因是行业周期回暖，农药、医药中间体需求回升，以及公司完成破产重整并收到重整投资款、获得债务豁免及现金捐赠。
2025年前三季度，*ST亚太实现收入3.53亿元，归母净利润-3813万元。
