设研院1月21日公告，公司董事会于1月20日收到副总经理刘东旭提交的书面辞职申请。因达到法定退休年龄，刘东旭申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞去副总经理职务后，刘东旭在公司担任集团运营顾问。刘东旭的辞职申请自送达董事会之日起生效。
