当地时间1月20日，OpenAI宣布启动与盖茨基金会合作的试点项目“Horizon 1000”计划，旨在支持非洲国家（首站卢旺达）的医疗领军者推进人工智能在健康领域的应用。盖茨基金会与OpenAI将共同投入5000万美元资金、技术及专业支持，力争在2028年前覆盖1000家基层医疗机构及其周边社区。
