1月20日，奋达科技（002681）发布公告，公司原总经理谢玉平因任期届满不再担任总经理职务，离任后继续担任董事，并负责公司战略事宜。
原副总经理夏泽华因任期届满不再担任副总经理职务，现已被聘任为公司总经理，全面负责公司日常经营管理事务。
2025年前三季度，奋达科技实现收入19.90亿元，归母净利润1278万元。
