近日，最高人民法院对被告人许金花故意杀人、虐待复核一案依法作出裁定，核准许金花死刑。2026年1月20日上午，莆田市中级人民法院依法对罪犯许金花执行了死刑。检察机关依法派员监督。执行前，许金花与其近亲属进行了会见。
