晚间养生以“藏”为主。睡前1-2小时用40℃左右热水泡脚,水位应过踝关节,可加入花椒、艾叶等温经散寒。泡脚时间15-20分钟为宜,微微出汗即可。按摩涌泉穴(足底前部凹陷处)可引火归元,改善睡眠。晚餐宜早宜少,睡前可听舒缓音乐或进行腹式呼吸,忌看刺激性内容。
