格隆汇1月19日丨威领股份(002667.SZ)公布，公司全资子公司贵溪领能锂业有限公司（简称“贵溪领能”）注册资本40,000万元。公司全资子公司宜春领好科技有限公司持有贵溪领能100%股权。公司拟减少对贵溪领能出资28,500万元，减资完成后，贵溪领能注册资本将由40,000万元减少至11,500万元。本次事项不会导致公司合并报表范围发生变化。
