受冰冻雨雪天气影响，高速公路五支队将对辖区（益阳、常德、张家界）通行的相关车辆采取限行措施，具体如下：
1月19日16点30起，对危化品运输车辆、七座以上客运车辆、水产品运输车实施临时交通管制。20时，视路面情况对7座面包车采取临时交通管制。
