1月19日，华菱线缆（001208）发布公告，宣布终止收购湖南星鑫航天新材料股份有限公司控制权的事项。
终止收购的原因在于，交易双方在部分具体协议条款上未能达成一致，经过友好协商，双方决定签署终止协议。
2025年前三季度，华菱线缆实现收入33.76亿元，归母净利润9216万元。
