据南阳市气象台预报，预计今天下午到夜里南阳市阴天有中到大雪，东南部暴雪。经会商研判，南阳市安全生产和防灾减灾救灾委员会决定自1月19日16时30分启动低温雨雪冰冻灾害四级应急响应。
