百傲化学1月19日公告，公司董事会近日收到副总经理刘松的辞职报告，刘松因个人原因，申请辞去公司副总经理的职务。辞职后，刘松不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。刘松的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
