据@北京铁路 消息，受中东部地区寒潮天气影响，途经北京局管内的京广和京沪普速线、高铁线部分旅客列车晚点、停运。铁路部门提醒，请广大旅客朋友及时关注中国铁路12306网站（12306手机APP）信息或车站公告，妥善安排出行。已购买停运旅客列车车票的旅客，可自车票发站乘车日期起的30日内（含当日），在12306网站（12306手机APP）或火车站人工窗口办理退票手续，因列车停运导致退票不收取退票费。
