今天在家休息，主要收拾了出差的东西。
身体没有感觉异样，右腮帮子还是有点肿，买了头孢吃了一颗，感觉整体还好吧。
吃饭现在坚持蛋白质和五红汤，牛奶水果一起。
补充能量，中午睡了两个小时，状态还行。
陪孩子去公园玩了玩，也没有其他事情了。
感恩一切顺利。
