财联社1月19日电，南非北部地区近期持续强降雨引发洪灾，造成至少37人死亡、数千户房屋受损，南非国家灾难管理中心18日宣布该国进入“国家灾难状态”。目前，救灾工作仍在进行。南非国防军已出动直升机协助转移受困人员。
