观点网讯：1月18日，恒基营业（一部）旗下香港启德THE HENLEY项目单日售出12套住宅，最高成交呎价突破3.3万港元，总成交额超1亿港元。
据了解，该项目3A座38楼C室367平方呎户型以897.9万港元成交，呎价达24,467港元。同期集团旗下Belgravia Place、The Haddon及Henley Park项目周末合计录得20宗交易，总成交金额逾1.6亿港元。
