1月16日金融一线消息，据沧州金融监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国工商银行股份有限公司沧州分行因保险销售行为可回溯制度执行不到位被罚款35万元。同时，回丽蓉（时任中国工商银行股份有限公司沧州分行个人金融业务部副经理）因对保险销售行为可回溯制度执行不到位负有责任，被警告。
