1月16日，黄岛区自然资源局披露，青岛海信通信有限公司以底价3526万元竞得黄岛区松花江路南、团结路西一宗一类工业用地，宗地总面积8.6208公顷（129.312亩）。本地块产业准入类别（项目）为国家鼓励类、非限制类且非淘汰类和非禁止类、符合国家负面清单要求的应用电视设备及通信终端设备技术开发和制造项目。
