格隆汇1月16日丨浙江新能(600032.SH)公布，新能发展因自身经营发展需要，计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内（即2026年2月9日至2026年5月8日），通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份的总数不超过2404.68万股（含本数），不超过公司总股本的1%。减持价格根据减持时的二级市场价格及交易方式确定。
