为切实回应人大代表关于儿童口腔健康保障的建议，1月15-16日，县卫健局、县教体局启动免费涂氟公益行动，为甘泉籍且在本地入园的3-4岁儿童提供专业口腔涂氟服务，以贴心惠民举措守护幼儿口腔健康，让政策红利直达家庭。
