1月16日，汉仪股份（301270）发布公告，公司及董事长兼总经理谢立群、董事会秘书练源、时任财务总监陈晓力被采取出具警示函措施。
经查，公司存在使用闲置自有资金进行现金管理金额超过董事会审议额度的情况。此外，公司使用闲置募集资金进行现金管理时购买非保本理财。上述行为违反了相关规定。
2025年前三季度，汉仪股份实现收入1.39亿元，归母净利润904万元。
