1月15日，阳东区广雅路以南、文化路以东（那龙河北岸滨水人居片区、滨海新城（一期）局部地块）控规（BA-01-A-01至BA-01-A-06地块调整）调整前公示，将原位于广雅路南侧的BA-01-A-05地块（体育用地，A4），调整至广博路北侧；将原位于广博路北侧的BA-01-A-06地块（商业用地,B1），部分用地调整至广雅路南侧。
