财联社1月16日电，存储芯片概念午后持续走强，佰维存储20cm涨停，江波龙涨超15%创历史新高，德明利、兆易创新、神工股份、恒烁股份、北京君正、香农芯创、普冉股份、开普云、时空科技跟涨。消息面上，Counterpoint Research发布报告指出，存储市场已进入“超级牛市”阶段。预计2026年Q1还将再涨40%–50%，2026年Q2预计再上涨约20%。
