1月15日，巨星传奇（06683）发布公告，针对媒体报道关于公司与Galaxy Corporation Co., Ltd（“Galaxy”）可能成立合营企业的情况进行了澄清。公告指出，截至公告日期，公司尚未与Galaxy签订关于成立合营企业的协议。
公司通过星光新经济产业2号有限合伙基金（“产业基金”）间接拥有Galaxy的股份权益，且公司在产业基金中拥有16%的有限合伙权益。
