在接到贺先生的反映后，记者第一时间来到了现场，记者看到地面上的大部分油污已经被清理干净了，但仍留有菜叶、辣椒皮等食物残渣，空气中也留有酸臭的味道。令人疑惑的是，在人行道上出现这么多的油污是正常现象吗？
