智通财经APP讯，金涌投资(01328)公布，于2026年1月14日，公司全资附属公司Redwood通过于联交所进行市场上交易以代价总额约1551万港元(不包括交易成本)进一步收购23.5万股迅策股份，即约每股迅策股份66港元。
经考虑收购事项及于2025年12月24日的先前收购事项，Redwood以代价总额约3854.7万港元(不包括交易成本)收购合共71.5万股迅策股份，即约每股迅策股份54 港元。
