1月15日，龙元建设（600491）发布公告，经财务部门初步测算，预计2025年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润约为-15亿元至-10亿元。预计2025年度实现归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润约为-19亿元至-14亿元。
业绩预亏的主要原因是公司建筑施工业务持续承压，2025年新增订单量尚未恢复，营业收入同比大幅下滑，财务费用等期间费用维持一定规模，且因收款不及预期计提相应资产减值。
2025年前三季度，龙元建设实现收入38.66亿元，归母净利润-2.56亿元。
