财联社1月15日电，香港联交所发文，对皇庭智家控股有限公司（前称慕容家居控股有限公司）（01575.HK）的前主席、执行董事兼行政总裁邹格兵；及前执行董事沉志东作出董事不适合性声明及谴责。联交所裁定邹格兵及沉志东没有配合联交所的调查，因此违反《上市规则》。
