据央视网报道，今天（15日）上午8时，菲律宾以东洋面热带低压的中心位于菲律宾马尼拉东偏南方向约1090公里，中心附近最大风力有7级。预计，该低压将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐增强，可能于未来12小时内加强为今年第1号台风，最强可达热带风暴级或强热带风暴级。（东方视频 巢思远）
