1月14日，中科电气（300035）发布公告，控股股东余新所持有的2000万股股份于2026年1月13日解除质押，占其所持股份的24.81%及公司总股本的2.92%。
截至公告披露日，公司控股股东及其一致行动人所持股份无质押。
2025年前三季度，中科电气实现收入59.04亿元，归母净利润4.02亿元。
