格隆汇1月14日｜欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩：2026至2027年为乌克兰提供的900亿欧元将分为两部分，600亿用于军事支持，300亿用于预算支持。300亿欧元的预算支持将有助于乌克兰进行改革，但前提是乌克兰必须落实改革措施。900亿欧元中的首笔拨款将于四月拨付乌克兰。
