丰田汽车1月14日公告称，将对丰田工业公司未持有的股份报价提高至每股18,800日元。去年6月首次报价为每股16,300日元。声明称，要约收购将于15日启动，持续至2月12日。此次收购报价上调15%，使收购目标估值升至6.1万亿日元（约合390亿美元）。
