财联社1月14日电，北辰实业(601588.SH)公告称，北辰实业发布2025年度业绩预告，预计归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-26.80亿元到-33.10亿元，与上年同期相比仍将继续亏损。扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为-27.30亿元到-33.70亿元。报告期内，会展（含酒店）及商业物业业务经营稳定，亏损主因是房地产项目销售价格不达预期，公司对部分项目计提存货跌价准备。
