智通财经APP讯，保诚(02378)发布公告，范智廉爵士(Sir Douglas Flint)将获委任为非执行董事及候任主席，并将在公司于2026年5月28日举行的股东周年大会后接替 Shriti Vadera 担任董事会主席。Shriti Vadera 将于同日退任董事会，届时，她已完成其六年的任期。
预期范智廉爵士将于三月加入董事会(待监管批准)，以便在 Shriti 离职前能有序地进行交接工作。他亦将加入提名与管治委员会及薪酬委员会。
