1月14日国新国证基金公告称，公司总经理谌重和首席投资官毕子男离任，张鹏代任总经理。张鹏从2008年7月起，历任证监会北京监管局机构一处主任科员、银河金汇证券资产管理有限公司合规总监兼首席风险官(副总经理级)、华融基金督察长，现任国新国证基金副总经理、督察长。
