中煤能源公告称，2025年商品煤产量13510万吨，同比降1.8%；销量25586万吨，同比降10.2%。煤化工业务方面，聚乙烯产量71.1万吨，同比降8.1%；销量70.2万吨，同比降9.4%。聚丙烯产量67.5万吨，同比降8.8%；销量68.0万吨，同比降8.4%。尿素产量213.4万吨，同比增14.1%；销量242.3万吨，同比增18.9%。甲醇产量195.5万吨，同比增13.0%；销量196.3万吨，同比增14.4%。硝铵产量58.6万吨，同比增1.9%；销量58.9万吨，同比增3.0%。煤矿装备产值92.1亿元，同比降11.0%。
