1月13日，东风汽车集团（00489.HK）发布公告称，通过吸收合并方式将东风集团股份私有化、东风集团分派岚图股份及撤销集团上市地位的建议，已获得国家发改委、商务部及国家外汇管理局的批准、备案或登记以及与合并相关的其他适用政府批准，就此达成一项合并先决条件。
