1月13日，据澎湃新闻消息，从多位知情人士处获悉，今年1月起，字节跳动期权价格从去年8月份的200.41美元提高至226.07美元，涨幅近13%。不过，226.07美元的最新价格目前仅应用在招聘offer等薪酬总包场景，对员工的回购价格尚未调整。以此计算，字节跳动的期权价格已经从2019年的44美元一路飙升至如今的价格，涨幅超过4倍。（澎湃新闻）
