近日，美中嘉和发布公告称，根据集团内职务调整，付骄自2026年1月12日起退任公司总裁职务，将成为公司顾问并继续担任执行董事。
同时，董事会宣布姜伟自2026年1月12日起被委任为新总裁。姜伟，45岁，于2020年加入公司，曾就职于安永会计师事务所、中金公司。
