声通科技与认购人State Fortune Global Strategic LPF订立认购协议。公司将向认购人发行673万股认购股份，每股价格为46.3港元，较当日H股收市价折让约19.90%。此次认购所得净额约3.11亿港元，其中约50%将用于研发投入，剩余约50%将用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
