新京报贝壳财经讯 1月12日，海翔药业公告，公司与万邦德制药签订了《创新药合作协议》，双方将围绕渐冻症适应症开展合作，初期聚焦于万邦德制药已获孤儿药认定的WP205产品研发和商业化。合作资金总额为人民币1.5亿元，其中首期支付人民币1.2亿元，剩余人民币3000万元在特定条件下支付。乙方将享有产品商业化收益的15%。
