衡阳市耒阳市水东江街道办事处，建设路，三顺寺前的斑马线模糊。此路口在水东江中心完小附近，车流量大车速快，人流量大且多为小学生，经常发生交通事故，希望有关部门能在此处增设提醒车辆减速的设备和标识。
